Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between WLL and break strength?
Working Load Limit (WLL) is the maximum load a strap is rated for during normal use — typically 1/3 of break strength. Break strength is the point at which the strap fails under lab conditions. Always use the WLL for load securement calculations.
Do your straps meet DOT requirements?
Yes. Our straps meet or exceed FMCSA regulations for load securement on flatbed trailers.
What size winch strap do I need?
Most flatbed operations use 2″ or 4″ winch straps. 2″ straps work for lighter loads; 4″ straps are standard for heavy freight. Call us at 800-886-4926 if you need help choosing.
Do you ship same day?
Most orders placed before 2pm CST ship same day. Large LTL orders may require one additional business day.
